Day 11 – X-Men: First Class (2011): Erik Lensherr

Peace was never an option.

Another day, another comic book film.  I promise you that it won’t be all comic book films for the year!!!  I will confess that I swapped tomorrow’s film out because it was X-Men Origins: Wolverine which I was fine dropping and I didn’t want to do another X-Men related film so soon.

The first class uniforms are really awesome and I think that it revitalised the franchise when it came out.  Of course, film after film hasn’t proven that kind overall and I suspect we’re in for another reboot sooner rather than later.

I chose Magneto because I like the helmet and uniform combination and he’s probably the most interesting though I might draw Mystique in a later film if I end up doing them.

Sorry to all you Origins Deadpool fans but I’m sure you’ll all survive!
