Day 43 – Terminator: Dark Fate (2019): Sarah Connor

I’ll be back.

Apart from one or two scenes that pressed a little too heavily into the whole men bad – women good message I actually really enjoyed Dark Fate.  I should note that the only issue I had with the future is female kind of message was simply that they had no need to look at the camera and say it (not literally obviously) they could have just shown it and it would have been fine.

Sarah Connor though stole the whole show because she is awesome and brilliant and I would watch the continuing adventures of Sarah Connor and the new saviour of humanity in a heartbeat.

I don’t even have a problem with the questionable opening scene now, I’ve made my peace with it.

This is part of the 366 Characters from 366 Films project running throughout 2020. The original illustrations go on sale over on the Lee Draws Stuff store the same day (around 9:00 am Brisbane time) and are available until someone snaps it up.
