I wanted to go for a Starfleet MASH style concept for Dr Bashir doing his tour as a field medic. Having hopefully just saved the life of a young Vulcan officer the evac shuttles are flying in.

I took some liberties with what Bashir would be wearing and the bandages would only be a field dressing waiting for a better stocked sickbay.

I would watch the shit out of this show.
